The Game Development Club of Wake Technical Community College is a student organization with the focus of designing and creating video games and simulations. Game development techniques such as 3D modeling, design, programming and quality assurance are discussed and practiced through the creation of fully playable game projects each year. Industry professionals in the local game development studios speak to our club each semester on how to break into the game industry and what it takes to develop professional titles. We have weekly meetings throughout the school year where students discuss their current projects and game development techniques.
Spring semester meetings in 2018 will be on Mondays from 1-2pm in SE (previously ETB) 330 on South campus.
