Practice Information:

Wake Tech Rugby Club practices Tuesdays and Thursday from 4-6pm at Lake Benson Park in Garner.

Experience is welcome, but not necessary.  We have a mixture of people who have played before and players new to the game.

Bring cleats (if you have them) and water.
